Return Process

  Log in to your BioTechUSA account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack the Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the seal is intact, and include the printed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
